THE PROCESS
I want to be as clear as possible from the start to make sure we are the right fit. I desire to make the whole process as pleasant and Simple as possible!
I can offer this
Honesty
.....first and foremost! Consistent work, good quality outcomes, and clear communication.
Scaleable Rates
This means there are many ways to work on a budget. My rates depend on the timeline, working dynamics, materials, and flexibility. Due to this, my rates can be up to 30% less than most painting services.
Pleasant Experience
I know what it is like to have to deal with any kind of hiccups under any kind of work arrangement or collaboration. Remember, I have been operating my own businesses for years (Read my story, if you haven't already), serving thousands of clients and managing hundreds of employees. I have also worked on tons of great teams. My number one rule is to make the entire experience as fun, productive and pleasant as possible!
What I can not guarante.
Unrealistic Timelines
I know stuff needs to get done in a timely manner. And I will ensure a reasonable delivery window, depending on your needs. But my direct experience is that it is generally not productive to work on fast, rushed and unrealistic timelines. So I just don't go there!
Low Materials Costs
The supply chain is still impacted. So paint, brushes, and other necessary kit vary in cost.
*With that said, I can provide every client with a list of places where I get materials with curated recommendations on what to buy so you can shop to match your budget. Then you just pay me for labor!
What doesn't really work for me.
Belligerence
I can not be subject to rude and disrespectful communication that pre-supposes that all painters are out to take advantage of you. I am not that person! Read my story, if you haven't already.
Changes under the same quote
I'm generally not able to accommodate any mid-job changes with the expectation that the estimate/quote will stay the same. I am not a company with tons of resources. I am just a Simple freelancer!
Add-on requests on the same timeline
Once I get started, I'm generally not able to accommodate additional requests that fall outside the estimate scope to be completed on the same timeline.
Accountability for unforeseen circumstances
I can not be held accountable for something out of my control. Meaning any kind of variables, including weather and/or your personal matters which impede the contract estimated timeline.
*With this said, clear and respectful communication can often result in a viable win-win solution to get through most unforeseen stuff!
